In the event of defective items or shipping errors, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer; in all other cases, the cost of the return will be €7.00 for each individual shipment (this amount will be deducted directly from the cost of the products you returned. E.g. if you return a bag paid for €100.00, you will receive a refund with the chosen payment method equal to €93.00). Any shipping costs on your initial order will also not be refunded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to respect the following conditions:
- the return request must be received within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, by written request to the email robybike.com@gmail.com
- the product must be new and never used;
- the product must be equipped with an identification tag;
- the product must be returned in its original packaging or of similar quality.
The returned items will be checked by our warehouse to verify that they have been returned intact (both the products and the packaging) and, in the event of an unsuitable return, we will notify the customer and send the product back.
ROBY BIKE reserves the right to reject any product returned in ways other than those specified above and any product returned unpackaged or in any case in ways other than the original ones, as well as products for which the costs have not already been paid in full by the Customer. of refund.
You will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal in the event of the transfer of personalized products, or if the purchase was made as a professional.
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Any inconvenience before dispatching an order will be noted to the customer, which may be caused by a higher volume of orders than usual, some damage or problem regarding the condition of the product or postal service problems which may be beyond our control.
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at robybike.com@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will check for you.
